Dr. Iris Obille Lafferty
Chief Executive Officer

Iris holds two Master’s Degrees (Counseling & Consulting Psychology; and Technology in Education), and a Doctorate in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard. She has been in the field of educational technology, cognitive development, and child development for over twenty years--working as a consultant, researcher, professor, and writer. She is a subject matter expert in the application of information solutions in educational and government organizations.

Paul Kyle Lafferty
Chief Financial Officer

Paul’s technical expertise is the result of 22 years of programming/automation experience and a BSEE from the University of Houston. His forte is in providing successful, results-oriented consulting solutions to financial, healthcare, and government organizations. For LogicHouse Ltd., he directed implementations that delivered and expedited technology solutions to government agencies. While at HCMS, a healthcare credentialing company, Paul managed the development team and spearheaded an automation task force resulting in a $100,000 per month surplus. Prior to that, Paul led the development of mortgage banking software that computerized manual tasks, which allowed SCME Mortgage Bankers, Inc. to expand from $40 million to $90 million a month in loan activity.
