Requirements Overview
The purpose of the Management Reporting (MR) process is to produce the management reports necessary to comply with Federal and State regulations and with County policies. These reports provide information to be used by DPSS personnel for monitoring Eligibility Worker, system and fiscal performance as well as other activities. MR required the creation of an informational intranet-based web site to provide information and resources to the DPSS community. In part, the web site would detail report definitions, LEADER (Welfare system) data structures, and project management timelines.
