Requirements Overview

The purpose of the Management Reporting (MR) process is to produce the management reports necessary to comply with Federal and State regulations and with County policies. These reports provide information to be used by DPSS personnel for monitoring Eligibility Worker, system and fiscal performance as well as other activities. MR required the creation of an intranet-based business intelligence portal. The site would provide multi-dimensional reporting on welfare data. 2 Terabytes of Unisys mainframe data would need to be downloaded into SQL Server reporting database. Replace static paper-based reporting system for Welfare Districts.
